Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at thenuralainco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If your package is lost in transit or has not arrived after a reasonable delivery period, please contact us at thenuralainco@gmail.com with your order number. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
